By accessing pbxtax.com or engaging PBX Tax & Accounting, LLC ("PBX," "we," "us," or "our") for any service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

PBX Tax & Accounting, LLC provides tax preparation, tax planning, bookkeeping, and related financial services. All services are subject to a separate engagement agreement confirmed prior to commencement of work. No services begin until a quote has been accepted and payment or payment arrangement has been confirmed.

3. Pricing and Payment

All service fees are quoted in advance and confirmed before work begins. Prices shown on our website are starting prices and may vary based on the complexity of your situation. Payment is required prior to filing or delivery of completed work. We accept payment through our secure online payment portal. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate complete and timely information required for your engagement
• Review all prepared documents before signing or approving
• Notify us promptly of any errors or changes to your financial situation
• Maintain copies of all documents submitted to us
• Pay all fees as agreed prior to filing or delivery

PBX Tax & Accounting, LLC is not responsible for errors or penalties resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Accuracy of Information

We prepare all returns and documents based on information provided by the client. We do not audit or independently verify client-provided information. Our work does not constitute an audit opinion or guarantee against IRS examination.

6. IRS Representation

As an IRS Enrolled Agent practice PBX Tax & Accounting, LLC may provide IRS representation services. Representation services are subject to a separate engagement agreement and additional fees. Representation does not guarantee any specific outcome.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share your personal or financial information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law PBX Tax & Accounting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Tax preparation and planning services are based on current tax law and the information provided by the client. We make no guarantee of specific tax outcomes refund amounts or savings. Tax law is subject to change and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on pbxtax.com including text graphics logos and design is the property of PBX Tax & Accounting, LLC. You may not reproduce distribute or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.

12. Changes to Terms
